4kdownloadguru offers a monthly premium subscription service that provides an ad-free experience. Our core video downloading features remain 100% free for all users. This refund policy applies only to our premium subscription service.

Subscription Billing

  • India: 350 per month (billed via Razorpay)
  • International: $3.99 per month (billed via PayPal)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
  • You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing the ad-free service and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe (48 hours), you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same billing period, the duplicate charge(s) will be refunded immediately.
  • First-Time Subscribers: If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not actively used the premium features, you may request a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the 48-hour initial period
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • Partial month refunds (if you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of the billing period but no prorated refund is issued)
  • Subscription renewals (you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your premium subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to enjoy ad-free access until the subscription expires
  • No charges will be made for subsequent billing cycles
  • You will automatically revert to the free, ad-supported version after the current period ends
  • You can resubscribe at any time
